The Drum is hosting the second annual B2B World Fest from November 9-10, 2021 in partnership with the global B2B marketing agency Stein IAS.
After a year like no other for business-to-business (B2B) marketers, a lot has changed. Critical B2B relationships and deals are now closed remotely without even a real handshake. The digitization of B2B, from advertising to customer experience, has accelerated with no slowdown in sight. A closer partnership has emerged between sales, which traditionally had the upper hand, and marketing. And marketers are becoming aware of the needs of the people in the company as the differences between B2B and B2C marketing become blurred.
After the success of the opening event last year, the B2B World Fest 2021 will cover all of these topics and trends in the global B2B market.
