WASHINGTON, DC – The United Fresh Produce Association’s sixth annual BrandStorm event is just around the corner and many of us will receive a lesson in empathy. The anticipated event will take place March 9-11 and will include two sessions chaired by key industry leaders Facilitating the dialogue about empathy in marketing.
“Empathy is a lens through which all of our marketing communication decisions are made,” said Ajit Saxena, public relations and digital marketing manager at Mucci Farms, who will join the discussion. “Consumers want to build relationships with brands, and the feeling is mutual. It is important that our marketing reflects that sentiment by placing a great deal of emphasis on it Analysis of our often unpredictable social culture, Real time.”
The session will take place online on Tuesday, March 9, 2:00 p.m. ESTAs mentioned in a press release where Saxena and Amanda Keefer, General Managers of the Healthy Families Project, will open a dialogue with Mary Coppola, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at United Fresh, about building empathy in consumer marketing at a time control in which emotions and opinions are high.
Following the temperature measurement: empathy in the B2C marketing session, Raina Nelson, Executive Vice President, Business Development, Renaissance Food Group; Melissa Moore, Marketing Manager, Pure Flavor; and Abby Prior, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BrightFarms, will host Taking Temperature: Empathy in B2B Marketing and have a conversation about Where empathy belongs in B2B marketing and enable participants to share their own experiences and strategies.
