About the role: The Director Integrated Campaigns reports to the VP Global Demand Generation and is responsible for leading a high-performance team to develop compelling and engaging campaigns that deliver results. In this role, you are a storyteller who can weave the multitude of marketing channels together to appeal to the target audience. You will lead the planning, development, launch and reporting of strategic, integrated campaigns that leverage our brand position and messaging across all marketing channels to create awareness, quality retention and sales opportunities for the ICI platform.

What you will do:

  • Use storytelling and the client’s deep understanding to develop a brief that will initiate the development of an integrated campaign.
  • Develop robust advertising and plans, as well as an optimal channel mix for paid and social media, web, AR / PR, email marketing, direct mail, events and our extensive partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and define target groups across geos, industries, personas and account or buyer travel phases.
  • Work with content marketing and product marketing to define content within the campaign and leverage the latest messaging maps, industry trends and content offerings to drive integrated campaigns.
  • Manage agencies that are able to create innovative offers – impressive digital experiences, impressive virtual events, interactive HTML5 content, videos – combined with an integrated GTM that promotes meaningful engagement with potential customers and leads to sales-qualified opportunities .
  • Generate actionable reports on campaign plans, progress, and results and share them with the executive team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, rev ops, sales, and alliances.
  • Develop a global strategy, goals, aligned success metrics and KPIs for integrated campaigns.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales to build understanding, enthusiasm and support at the sales level, including creating campaign overview materials and coordinated search sequences.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to ensure that the larger Icertis sales ecosystem – back office, field service, pre-sales, alliances – is fully focused on and activated to support integrated campaigns.
  • Work with Rev Ops to build the necessary Salesforce campaign hierarchy and UTMs for accurate campaign mapping and ROI reporting.
  • Embrace and apply a continuous learning and optimization mentality to improve future campaigns. Use quantitative results and qualitative insights from sales and other important partners.
  • Develop and maintain a campaign center of excellence, including best practices and templates that other marketing functions can use when planning smaller campaigns.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and managing successful integrated campaigns.
  • Over 3 years of experience in leading a team, promoting innovation and agility while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Experience working on highly cross-functional and complex programs.
  • Experience in monitoring the GTM strategy and definition; ideally implement and implement a new strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing technology landscape and best practices.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with an inclination to act.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills: you can ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity across verbal, telephone, email and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills: you can define key workflows and tasks required for each task, express them in a project plan, and complete the plan on time. Status updates are provided regularly as needed.
  • Excellent performance in leading and managing highly cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a startup environment or with startup clients – for example, the ability to work in a rapidly growing organization and deliver results quickly.
  • Must be able to work mornings or evenings occasionally to align with our marketing team members in Europe and Asia Pacific.
