United Fresh’s sixth annual BrandStorm ™ event will take place online from March 9-11, 2021. The event comprises two sessions designed to facilitate dialogue on the subjective topic of empathy in marketing for both consumer and business-to-business strategies.
In today’s demolition culture, stories about toneless brand messages are a dozen. Tuesday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. EST, Mary Coppola, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at United Fresh, will be joined by Amanda Keefer, General Manager of the Healthy Family Project and Ajit Saxena, Public Relations and Digital Marketing Manager at Mucci Farms, and will discuss Possibilities for controlling empathy in consumer marketing at a time when emotions and opinions are on high alert during temperature measurement: empathy in B2C marketing.
“Empathy is a lens through which all of our marketing communication decisions are made,” said Ajit Saxena. “Consumers want to build relationships with brands and the feeling is mutual. It is important that our marketing reflects that sentiment by placing a heavy emphasis on analyzing our often unpredictable social culture in real time. “
Later on the 9th at 3:30 pm EST, Raina Nelson, executive vice president of business development, Renaissance Food Group; Abby Prior, SVP Sales and Marketing, BrightFarms; and Melissa Moore, Marketing Manager of Pure Flavor, will conduct an exploratory dialogue during Temperature Measurement: Empathy in B2B Marketing.
These industry leaders will have a discussion on where empathy belongs in B2B marketing so that BrandStorm attendees can share their own opinions, experiences, and strategies.
“Our cultural climate offers so many opportunities to go wrong and even more opportunities to get it right,” said Abby Prior. “I look forward to engaging my marketing colleagues to see how each of us empathizes with ours Business relationships, corporate cultures and even personal experiences. “
United Fresh members can visit BrandStorm for $ 495 with discounts for marketing teams from the same company of $ 395 each when registering two or more colleagues. Non-members can enter for $ 695. Here you can register.
