It’s not often that you meet a 23-year-old who has managed to make a five-digit income in less than a year while working less than 25 hours a week and working completely remotely. Get to know Neeraj Negi. He is the founder of Hyperprospect, an Indian B2B lead generation company that helps brands generate leads on LinkedIn.

The HyperProspect helps companies automate the entire sales process by creating a proven automated framework across their phone, email, and social media channels. This is what sets Neeraj’s company apart from traditional lead generation companies.

Neeraj Negi is a young entrepreneur who has worked in digital marketing and the leading generation for the past 6 years and has more than 18,000 followers on his Linkedin. He has been featured in Google News, MarketWatch, Fox40, EInpresswire, International Business, American Reporter, and many others.

Neeraj’s company has two types of customers. First, there are small businesses that need help with lead generation. Then there are larger companies that are growing and need an outside company to generate leads. Neeraj charges its customers a monthly fee for this service, typically between $ 700 and $ 1500 per month. “We charge our customers a retention fee. This way, they know that they are being billed a certain amount each month. That way, they at least know that they are budgeted for it and they know what they will be spending on leads each month, ”says Neeraj.

Neeraj said HyperProspect has been profitable since it was founded last July. In less than a year, the company has generated over $ 60,000 in sales.

Neeraj’s success is based on his expertise in lead generation and his interest in marketing. Growing up in India, he always had a knack for marketing. In high school, he started an online marketing company to help his classmates with homework. He worked on some of his classmates’ websites and paid him for pocket money.

He also got a remote job from a well-known marketing and branding agency in the Netherlands. There he learned a lot about marketing and branding for small businesses. He recognized the challenges small businesses face in their marketing efforts and learned how to solve those problems.

After high school, Neeraj went to college and studied computer science. He did very well in his studies and had a good job after graduation. However, he felt that something was missing. So he decided to take a little risk and quit his job to start his own business.

HyperPropsect was born out of its own need. He wanted the service himself and couldn’t find anyone who was already offering it.

Neeraj has a number of criteria that are used to decide which business idea will become a reality. He says, “I don’t start a business unless I have a firm belief that it will be successful. I want the business I am starting to be successful and profitable. My first question is, how will it make $ 1 million in sales over the next five years? If I can’t answer that, I won’t start a business. ”

Neeraj’s company HyperProspect helps companies generate leads through LinkedIn. In the beginning, Neeraj didn’t have a solid business plan. He was just trying to solve his problem.

He says: “I didn’t start with a business plan. I just started this business because I had a problem. I thought there must be other people who have the same problem. And if I do, I should be able to bill them for it. ”Neeraj was able to raise the initial investment for his business through his savings. He never asked for loans or investments from his parents or friends. He says: “When I started the company, I had no outside capital. So I had to invest my own money. I started with $ 10, and I never asked for investments from my family or friends. I invested my personal savings to start this business. ”

Neeraj has a sophisticated lead routing model. First, he uses various tools to find quality leads. He says, “I use LinkedIn to get the contacts and leads. LinkedIn allows me to export the contacts that I can use in my CRM. I have a CRM where I manage my leads. Then I use my marketing team to reach the leads. ”

Then Neeraj has a sales team of 10+ to manage the leads. He says, “As soon as we have the leads, we will forward them to our team. Our team is a very important part of our business. They are the ones who interact with the leads. You call them up and set them up. ”From start to finish, Neeraj’s company has a turnover of about $ 55,000 to $ 60,000 a year.

He says, “We generate over $ 55,000 to $ 60,000 in revenue a year.” He says the company is profitable but doesn’t give exact numbers.

Neeraj can work from anywhere in the world. He says, “I don’t have to be here in the office. I can work from anywhere in the world. If I want to travel, I can travel. If I want to sit here and work from home, I can do that too. “

Neeraj spends very little time per week in this business. He says, “I spend very little time in my business. I spend about 15 hours a week in business. ”

Neeraj says he chose to work from home because it is the most comfortable environment for him. He says, “I like to work from home. For me the most pleasant environment. I like to work from home. ”

The company is in the early stages. Neeraj says: “We are only a small team of five at the moment. We’re still just a startup. We’re expanding the team. “

  1. How did you quickly scale your business to five-digit sales?

The easiest way to grow a business is to find the right people.

The biggest challenge Neeraj faced was finding people who could be hired. He says, “The biggest challenge was hiring the right people. It is not easy to find good people. You have to find people who deliver results. ”

Neeraj says he is very picky about the people he hires. He says, “I’m very picky about who I hire. I don’t want to take any chances. I want to make sure the person I’m hiring is a good fit with my company. I want to make sure they deliver the results. ”

In order to find the right people, Neeraj claims to use online resources such as job boards and professional networking sites. He says, “I use online resources to find the right people. I use various job boards and professional networking sites. I also use recommendations from people who work for me. I invite you to introduce myself to your friends who might be suitable for my company. I always make sure to interview candidates first. I’m not just hiring based on the résumé. I always speak to the candidates myself. ”

    2. What practical tips are there to start a successful business?

Be confident in what you are doing. If you’re not sure what you’re doing, no one else will be.

Be able to explain your business to others. If you can’t explain it, you can’t sell it.

Be able to sell your product or service to others. If you can’t sell it, you can’t build your business.

Neeraj says his business is successful because he believes in his company. He says: “I believe in my company. I believe in my product. I believe in what I do for myself. If I don’t believe in what I’m doing, I can’t sell it to others. ”

    3. How can you stand out from others?

Neeraj says he stands out from the crowd with his ability to sell. He says: “The biggest difference between me and others is that I am very good at selling. I’m very good at convincing people to do things. I can sell an idea to anyone. I can convince people to work for me. I can convince people to buy my product. I can convince people to invest in my company. I can sell really well. ”

    4. What advice would you give to someone looking to start a business?

Do not quit your job until you are firmly convinced that your business idea will succeed.

Build your business around a problem you have.

Look for a way to solve your problem.

If you can’t solve the problem yourself, find a way to solve it for someone else.

    Don’t look for easy money.

Remember, the biggest risk you take is not taking any chances.

Neeraj says he would advise someone looking to start a business to make sure they are convinced of their idea. He says, “Don’t quit your job until you are absolutely convinced that your business idea will be successful. If you are not firmly convinced that your company will be successful, no one else will believe it. ”

    5. What is the most important thing you learned from starting your B2B business?

“The most important thing I’ve learned is to always be ready to adapt to change.”

Neeraj says his experience building his business helped him become a better entrepreneur. He says, “Building my business has helped me become a better entrepreneur. You have to be flexible to be successful in business. If you don’t adapt to change, your business will fail. “

I’m proud to be 23 years old and a five-figure company (HyperPropsect), but I’m even more proud to have created a life that feels both powerful and infinite. While creating this life brick by brick, I would not have been able to achieve this greatness without the support of my family and friends.
