New podcast goals to demystify digital advertising for companies


A new podcast has been started, with which companies can get to know digital marketing and make the most of it.

The Happy Hour Marketing Show is a weekly, ad-free podcast from our publisher Reach plc. Each episode focuses on an area or strategy of digital marketing that businesses can benefit from.

Topics include social media awareness, the power of content marketing, the importance of blogging, and adding value through video. One specific episode looks at how companies can reverse the Covid downturn and market their way out of lockdown.

The podcast is produced and hosted by Reach marketing experts Nick Copson, Dom Le Roy and Nigel Black.

Nigel said, “It’s a light-hearted and hopefully fun weekly discussion of the latest marketing tactics, combining interviews with experts and the latest news, tools, strategies and techniques to give your digital marketing that edge.”

“Our intent is to simplify the world of digital marketing for SMBs and try to make it talkative and a bit of fun while we share our own experiences. It’s understandable and educational.”

Although recently released, there are already twenty episodes available, with new ones being released every week.

Nigel continued, “We didn’t want to be one of those teams that promises the best business podcast ever and then delivers three and a half episodes and disappears. We wanted to show our intent by creating a ton of useful content first and then Build every week with brand new episodes on it. “
