Responsible for executing the entire search engine optimization strategy for SurePayroll. Monitors strategic SEO projects and, in support of the SurePayroll website, performs organic search analysis, planning, and executing optimization efforts to maximize ROI, increase awareness, and generate leads.
Directs the development and delivery of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for the SurePayroll website in line with the overall digital marketing strategy.
Executes SEO tactics including on-page and off-page SEO strategies and ongoing evaluation of keywords, content and metadata, tracking campaign performance and link building for the SurePayroll website to increase online awareness and efforts Support lead generation.
Manages SEO agencies, including planning, approvals, and project delivery.
Monitors and implements mobile search localization efforts and tactics to increase SurePayroll web exposure for regional and mobile searches.
Develops and generates weekly and monthly reports for all major organic search metrics, target tracking and other SEO activities to ensure ROI and marketing goals are met.
Monitors and manages web analytics dashboards, reports and reporting tools to identify key areas and share strategic insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
Works with the in-house designer and content authors to coordinate and execute search engine optimization through design, content, and structure to improve SurePayroll’s overall search engine ranking.
Ensures SurePayroll keeps up with industry trends, updates and developments in search engine optimization by working with search engine partners, attending webinars and industry events, and conducting online research.
Evaluates and leverages new features of third-party SEO tools to aid online lead generation efforts.
Verifies data accuracy and resolves any data integrity issues between third party applications and internal systems to ensure that the lead generation data is correct.

5 years of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) with a variety of SEO analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Yahoo / Bing webmaster, search console, SEOmoz, Screaming Frog, Salesforce Einstein and SEM Rush in B2B environments and using content management Systems.
