Claudine Waite joins MediaVillage as the new Head of Partner Development from AdvancingDiversity.org
“Claudine’s extensive expertise in multicultural marketing, data-driven research, and production of diversity events at ANA and on the agency side will be invaluable to the continued development of AdvancingDiversity.org and the Advancing Diversity Hall of Honors,” said Myers . “Together with Phil and our MediaVillage team, we can quickly achieve our goal of making real change in promoting diversity and belonging to the advertising, media and marketing industries.”
Prior to his appointment as Head of Partner Development at AdvancingDiversity.org, Waite (pictured) was Director of Content Marketing in the Conferences and Committees division of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). Prior to ANA, she worked at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing, where she led research, consumer insights and content strategy, and led branding programs for a variety of clients at Time Inc. Waite holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African Studies from Vassar College.
“I’m excited to be part of the work that MediaVillage and AdvancingDiversity.org have been driving for years,” added Waite. “So many companies pay lip service to the diversity equation, but Jack was ahead of the curve in advancing diversity from advocacy to activism.”
Waite will lead membership development for AdvancingDiversity.org and support the Advancing Diversity Council’s committees (Research and Measurement, Education, Communication, Financial Solutions) and Experiences (Hall of Honors, 1stFive, Community Talks). She will act as the spokesperson and promote the media and advertising industry as a welcoming home for various team members.
