Elmer Boutin, a digital marketing and search engine optimization veteran, joins WrightIMC as vice president of operations.
Boutin will be responsible for the success of WrightIMC’s many customers. His expertise in technical search engine optimization combined with his many years of experience in providing successful digital marketing solutions will further strengthen the already exemplary management team at WrightIMC. Boutin’s passion for educating the next generation of digital marketers will enable WrightIMC to continue their quest to build and train the best digital marketing team in the world.
Boutin comes straight to WrightIMC after serving as SEO Director for GTB, a WPP agency. At GTB, Boutin was responsible for website search engine optimization strategy for several divisions of Ford Motor Company worldwide. Boutin has also trained and mentored junior staff and helped them become digital marketing experts. He looks forward to training the digital marketers of the future in his role at WrightIMC.

Boutin can look back on a career in digital marketing spanning over 20 years, including stints at VMLY & R, Rockfish and 12 years at Wilsonart International as the company’s webmaster.
Prior to his career in digital marketing, Boutin proudly served as a translator and intelligence analyst in the U.S. Army for 14 years.
