The platform curates all publicly available messages on a target account and divides them into different categories, such as CXO moves, partnership messages and strategy. This enables marketers to prioritize accounts, segment contacts, and create personalized ABM games to interact with members of the purchasing team.
At the personal level, xiQ uses the DISC personality analysis to give SDRs and salespeople insights into the preferences for communication and sales approaches.
For example, a report for a chief strategy officer might point out a predominant personality trait and advise salespeople to get to the point quickly and be bold and confident. While a report for a CMO may contain insights that show an influencing personality who values collaboration. In this example, the report would advise sellers to gain confidence before making their point and projecting courtesy and respect for the chief strategy officer’s bold approach. “
